An answer to lose weight

Here is the story of a woman’s search for help to lose weight.

I'm Linda and I'm 37 years of age.  I have spent months if not years looking for an answer to my weight problems.  I’ve tried exercise, diets and slimming foods but the what-ever weight I lost always seem to put back on.
